Adding libbowl as a submodule dependencyHEADmaster

This is not ideal but makes compiling applications with libtermkit much easier.
In the future maybe we might want to switch the build system to `nix`,
at which point we can more easily package the dependencies without having
to rely on git submodules which can be kinda gross 🤷
