On 2019-06-29 this notice was published:

outlines a vulnerability to the SKS keyserver network that makes it
dangerous to use (read the notice!)

Considering this, I will stop updating my keys on the SKS network and
instead move to keys.openpgp.org. I would strongly recommend you no
longer try to fetch my (or any other) keys from the SKS network.
