Requirements:
 * ruby, ruby-atom
 * bzr

Just place this application into a directory where cgi-scripts are evaluated.
The webserver needs the permission to write into the directory!

You may look at config.rb to configure dudle. 
However, in most cases it should run out-of-the-box.
